The Music of Trouble Creek

As a teenager, Australian singer/songwriter and guitarist, Kitch Membery found his first guitar at the garbage dump. Wrecked and unplayable, he restored it back to its former glory, learned to play, fell in love with music and hasn’t put a guitar down since. After a music filled high school life, Kitch attended Southern Cross University, Australia and then went on to Berklee College of Music, Boston where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Contemporary Music.

Since then Kitch has performed numerous shows in Australia, America, Europe and Asia playing both solo, in bands and as a touring guitarist/singer for various artists. Now based in Los Angeles, he continues to perform solo and is currently a member of Australian band, The Vandabelles.

In the studio, Kitch has played on many albums as a session guitarist. He also works his skills as a composer, mix engineer and producer in his own studio, Membery Lane, which has resulted in several award winning albums.

Creating and performing music is when Kitch feels most at home. Everything he creates is devoted to making sure the listener will enjoy it just as much as he did creating it.

Mikael Fyrek

Mikael Fyrek - Slowpaced, cinematic progression. You seem to be speeding by arctic landscapes, or watching nature bloom in front of you. Send him flowers, I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

Black Rose Bettys

Black Rose Bettys was a duo turned trio that is now a zero as they no longer play together as BRB. For their final "official" performance, they hosted a RIP BRB "Funeral" that they streamed on Aubryn's weekly webcast, Aubryn's Musiconversation, which is in its 5th year. They are still friends, and are all pursuing solo careers. Aubryn recorded numerous Black Rose Bettys songs on her debut EP, Nothin' Civil, including "In the Field", "'Til the Reaper Comes", and the sequel to 'Til the Reaper Comes, "Murder Ballad Blues". You can find Aubryn's music at, Kiely Schlesinger's at , and Byron's at

"Awesome - Loved it!"
This was a tweet from Kevin Bacon after hearing award-winning guitarist/singer/songwriter TREVOR FINLAY’S album, “Sandpaper & Bourbon”. The CD features 13 original songs, all penned by FINLAY. “Sandpaper & Bourbon” showcases TREVOR’s lyric writing abilities, his innovative guitar playing and the "gravity and rasp" of his vocals.

Before leaving his hometown of Ottawa, ON Canada and moving to Nashville, TN, TREVOR’s previous career included releasing 4 studio albums and touring incessantly all over the world (from Canada coast to coast to Australia, parts of the US and Europe), opening for big-named acts (like James Brown, Kid Rock, John Hiatt, Johnny Winter and Booker T. and the MG’s just to name a few), earning awards and nominations (Real Blues Magazine 11th Annual Awards - Best Canadian Blues/Rock Artist, Best Canadian Blues Band/Central, Top Canadian Blues Guitarist; Toronto Blues Society’s MBA for “Male Vocalist of the Year”; Toronto Blues Society’s MBA for “New Artist of the Year”), and becoming a regular guest on several popular morning radio shows.

Last year, TREVOR played 303 gigs and has no plans on slowing down anytime soon. Odds are TREVOR FINLAY is playing somewhere tonight.

Kevin So has earned the respect of 3-time Grammy award winner Keb' Mo', singer/activist Billy Bragg and Tony Award winning playwright David Henry Hwang, and has built a loyal fan base around the world for the past 20 years. He has performed recently at The Wiltern Theater, as well as Carnegie Hall and The Ryman in Nashville. Kevin was also recipient of the 2007 NYC Fringe Festival Award (Best Music & Lyrics) for “Great Wall” – a semi-autobiographical musical. His songs have been recorded by India Arie (“Crush On You”), Keb' Mo' ("Talk”), and Shemekia Copeland ("Sounds Like The Devil”).  He is blues, folk & soul in its finest blend.

Jen Friend

Jen Friend, a singer songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee.
Although her roots may be country and bluegrass, she doesn't sing like it, her influences range from traditional country, blues to rock and roll. With no trouble expressing herself through music, Jen sings with incredible passion and her all. "Watching this woman sing live is an experience you don’t want to miss."
